François Legault asks citizens to avoid traveling from one region to another, to slow the spread of the coronavirus.
The Prime Minister added this new directive to the list of recommendations that Quebecers must follow so far during the pandemic on Thursday.
It is not yet time to close certain regions. “But it is important, to avoid spreading the virus from one region to another, not to travel, unless it is essential, from one region to another,” insisted Mr. Legault.
In Quebec, 139 people are currently infected with COVID-19. There are seven hospitalizations.

No supper with friends
